As agencies and the agency model chop and change, some things remain constant: the primacy of a good idea.
We have lots of good ideas on our clients‘ behalf. And we get our creative thinkers involved in every project at a very early stage; usually in the same room as our clients.
This is for two reasons: first, because it delivers unexpected insights and ideas that significantly influence the direction of our clients business. And secondly because it gives our team a better understanding of the business challenge when it comes to generating creative outputs.
We believe this approach enables us to get to solutions quicker: we call it cursive thinking. And experience has taught us that it’s borne out by our strongest work, which is central to the way we help our clients succeed.
The opportunity to get everyone in our team close to the senior people in our clients’ business is integral to our process. It’s why we have a flat team structure: all clients get our A team; there is no B team. And it informs this principle:

That’s where our famous kick-off meetings come into their own. You get some strategic business and brand thinking and a sprinkling of smart ideas for between 3-5k. By the end, you might not have all the answers but you’ll be better equipped to ask the right questions.
